PLEASE NOTE:

This resort is NOT all-inclusive — and this is intentional. The local food in Belize is affordable and really good.  I have only added the daily Breakfast Package to our hotel stay. Part of the Belize experience is driving around the island in your own rented golf cart to experience the culture & the food. 🌮

You can BYOBs from the airport Duty Free shop like us Or pack your alcohol (its legal)! 🍾

This Pricing is for your 5 nights of Lodging, Daily breakfast and Ground Transportation from San Pedro airstrip. This is the resort link to view rooms  Room Types

There is a 5 night minimum stay!  If you need less nights, it will still be less expensive to book at the group rate for 5 nights.

Deposits:  $200 pp (International flight NOT included)

2nd Deposit -  January 15th (Hard Date 50% due)

Final Payment  - Due April 23, 2026 (Hard Date) Please set reminders in your calendar for these important dates!

After your international flight to Belize City (BZE), you will need to take a water taxi ($35 pp & 90 minutes) or a domestic flight ($220 pp & 15 minutes) to Ambergris Caye. 

.

Flights can be added to your booking. Deposits with flights range $360-$580 pp with travel protection.  Packages w/o Insurance will need to cover the cost of the flight.  Packages with flights have to be quoted the day of booking as flight pricing changes daily. All flight pricing and availability are subject to change until confirmed with payment.

You have two options for TRAVEL INSURANCE:

  • Travel protection GPP (future travel credit) - $90 pp - $150 pp 
  • Travel protection GPP+ (full refund) - $190 pp - $300 pp
