CANCELLATION PENALTIES

This is dependent on the booking. Bookings without travel protection are non-refundable.  Bookings with travel insurance... Cancel at any time prior to departure and receive either a refund for the money paid OR Future travel credit to use up to one year (depending on which insurance you've selected) minus the cost of Travel Protection.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.  Travel protections covers more than just cancellations... Lord forbid, if you test positive OR have other issues prior to travel

You have 2 options (Travel Credit or Refund Insurance) - they both come with:

Cancel for ANY reason. Plus, get a price guarantee, no change fees and a hurricane travel credit. 

Worry less about travel mishaps

  • Up to $1,000 for meals, lodging, and local transportation costs if the trip is delayed for a covered reason, up to $1,000 for unused nights or additional airfare fees if your packaged flight is cancelled or delayed more than 6 hours for a common carrier reason.  Up to $50,000 reimbursement of medical expenses if they get sick or hurt during their trip, plus up to $75,000 for emergency transportation. (if flights are added), up to $300 if bags are delayed, up to $1,000 for lost belongings.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Room only deposits are $200 pp.  Julia will call you to go over the booking prior to charging your card; unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give Julia a call with any questions.
