CANCELLATION PENALTIES

This is group booking. Cancellations up to 30 days out are 50% refundable.  After 14 days prior to arrival everything is non-refundable.  

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.  Travel protections covers more than just cancellations... Lord forbid, if you test positive OR have other issues prior to travel

You can get your own travel insurance.  If you don't have a company this is the link to the vendor I use. Pricing ranges from $100 pp - $600 pp (depending on age & trip total).

This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount (according to room category).  Julia will call you to go over the booking prior to charging your card; unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give Julia a call with any questions.
