Amada

Bowing to the 800-year-old tradition of Spanish tapas, Amada respects the abundance of flavors and ingredients required to create authentic tapas. Chef and founder Jose Garces infuses his passion for Mediterranean and Atlantic flavors into every dish. The décor and design of Amada transport guests back to 13th-century Spain, when the Castilian King, Alfonso The Wise, began the tradition of Spanish tapas.

Dining

Both traditional and BYOB restaurants line the streets of Philadelphia, giving way to the city's eclectic dining options. A melting pot of cultures means that Philadelphia is perfect for finding even the smallest of venues. Intimate riverfront views and spacious neighborhood grills are just two of the city's dining themes.
