This trip might be pricey, but you've got a whooole 15 months to spread out the payments! Also keep in mind we are traveling over the holiday season.

I am taking deposits NOW, there is A LOT of interest in this trip... so make your deposits as soon as possible to hold your space.  I currently have 20 slots left and once they are gone, that's it. Deadline for deposits is now.  I will be releasing rooms soon.

Pricing break down: 

30 - 39 ppl - $3788 PP

40 - 49 ppl - $3699 PP

50 - 59 ppl - $3624 PP

60 + ppl - $3604 pp

Included:

  • 6 Nights hotel accommodation as per itinerary based on twin share
  • All transfers and transportation is by private, air-conditioned coach (Any individuals traveling outside the group arrangements must organize own transportation at your expense)
  • Arrival Meet & Greet guide assistance, Departure guide assistance
  • Sightseeing tours and VIP festival admissions as per the itinerary
  • Local taxes on accommodation and sightseeing tours, at current rates
  • Meals as indicated on itinerary (B-full breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner) Daily Breakfast, 1 Lunch and 4 Dinners

  • International Flights
  • Any future fuel surcharges on land arrangements or additional costs due to COVID rules

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

This destination has VERY STRICT booking requirements and due dates Because things have to be scheduled, deposited and paid for over time,  payments must be prompt. You will be dropped for nonpayment.

Trip deposit is $500 pp (Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable) and Due now Until Sold Out  Click below to book and to apply your deposit. 

Payments:

1st Installment - $875 pp due November 13, 2024

2nd Installment - $875 pp due February 14, 2025

3rd Installment - $875 pp due May 16, 2025

Final Payment  - Adjusted amount, due September 12, 2025 based on number of people. Please set reminders in your calendar for these important dates!

Flights:

Flights are currently not available for our dates.  The flight deposit of $200 pp will be due February 7th and is also Non-Refundable. 

Flights will depart from Chicago Only! (I can suggest flights from your city). You can purchase your flights on your own. However, if you don't arrive at the same time as the group you will be responsible for your ground transfers or catching up with the group.
