CANCELLATION PENALTIES

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

I STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. Travel protection covers more than just cancellation.  It also covers medical expenses, delayed luggage, lost belongings, emergency services and repatriation of remains. 

This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

As mentioned, the deposit amount is $200 pp.  Your credit card will be used for your deposit.  It is the traveler's responsibility to submit the correct deposit amount. The card will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking. Naturally, you can give Julia a call with any questions.
